What a great 2 weeks of Olympics, and cheers to those Canadian bacon heads up north, who started off rough, but ended up owning the gold podium with a record haul on gold medals, though the USA owned the Olympics in overall total medals with a record for US total medals, in the Olympics that for a very long time the USA sucked in winter games. Safe to say, the USA is back.

A tribute to the luger who lost his life on day 1, may his family know that he died doing something he loved, in a worldly event that even though for only 2 short weeks, brings us all together for competition, friendship, and fun. Cheers for those Canadian bacon heads who owned the gold podium, and of course for we Americans who owned the overall medal count in the winter olympics where we usually bomb. The USA is back, be proud USA hockey, you did great.
