Social Security taking in less than what it pays out

This was not supposed to happen until around 2016! But it is already happening today. Social Security is taking in less money than it is paying out as of today. Yep its broke, just like this health care bill is going to be. Government is not effecient, when will people wake up and realize that the same people they hate at the DMV are the same ones they want to run health care, talk about stupid.
