Top 5 American Hospitals do more research than any other country

Yeah you read that right, top 5 hospitals in the U.S do more research than all of the hospitals combined in any other country in the world! Get this through your fucking heads that the U.S has the best health care, sure there needs to be SOME changes! But not this bullshit that the morons in Congress are trying to push down on us!

You always find these morons ranking the U.S hospitals low, yet they are not going by the percentage of the population. So they will say this hospital had 5k patients this month in the U.S and had 2 deaths, yet a hospital in Canada had 2k patients and 1 death so they say that Canadian hospital has a lower death rate.. well duh they had less people visit it, and they also have a lower population.

They fail to mention how much research comes from the U.S... and how the U.S leads the WORLD in new cures!
