Spending is up, most jobs added in March in like 2 or 3 years

Ok, people are reporting that many retailers hired in march, and they are seeing people spend... and that the worst is over.. umm not trying to be the bad guy here but people typically do spend around this time when they get their income tax refund.. HELLO .. lets see how they are doing in a few months. More promising... was that companies hired more in March than any in the past I think they said 2 or 3 years..
