Somali pirates attempt attack on Dutch warship

Ok, this is great, so my question is, why didnt the Dutch blow those bastards to bits??! I would have called to home base, ok were firing a warning shot, then after I got off the radio, would have said to my men, blow them to hell, kill em all.

I do not get why they would fire warning shots, so they can run away and then come back and attack a vessel that is not a war ship. Stupid, the world has become so soft these pirates have no fear of dying, nor do the drug lords from Mexico, etc.. they know that nobody has the backbone to just kill idiots that do not belong on this planet due to their savage animalistic behavior.

This just blows me away... -The two skiffs were destroyed and the pirates were set free on the mothership after it had been cleared of weapons.
